From 2.40 m to 13 meters standard up to 18 meters special order, our wide range of semi-rigid built for the professional and responsive to the public allows us to cover such diverse markets as the coast guard, relief sea, the oil industry, civil protection and more generally all the institutional / professional.

• Manufacture of boat hulls

The deck is built by hand with the finest resins and we only use the isoftalique gelcoat (the best on the market) to prevent osmosis and gel coat damages. The nonskid is integrated into the mold which allows intensive use (very popular with professionals) without ever having to replace it.

We do not use wood for the longitudinal and transversal stringers; they come directly from the mold and then are reinforced in the final process for full integration. The deck is assembled to the hull with flexible fiberglass to absorb shocks, vibration and movement during navigation… Using these advanced techniques, our boats offer strength, lightness and durability for many years with minimum maintenance.

• Quality of the electrical circuit

The individual cables are made of tinned copper lines before forming the complete cable. Also, the electrical terminals are welded and thermally insulated, which protects them from one end to the other against corrosion, ensuring us an operational circuit for many years. We are one of the few manufacturers to equip our boats with this type of electric installation. All switches and fuses are protected and isolated according to IP standards.

• Quality of parts

All the parts we use are the top end of the market, ensuring the best quality and ensuring optimum return on investment. For parts designed internally like handles, covers, towing bollards, bathroom scales, ladies households, they are constantly improved to ensure that our customers appreciate the difference and continue to honor us with their loyalty; which allowed us to navigate the open sea during the recession while continuing innovation.

• Quality of glue

We make our own glue for 25 years with a formula that we developed internally and obtained an incomparable rate of satisfaction; it is checked and approved by our fabric manufacturer and Bayer.

• Integration of manufacturers and subcontractors

We manufacture all our molds for thirty years, which allows us to control the entire production process without relying on external suppliers and ensuring you the ability to adapt your boats to highest standards with a quality report and incomparable prices.

• Corrosion Testing

All the parts we use are made with aluminum or stainless steel, reference 316, the highest quality available on the market.

• Apex curves

Our biggest difference is in the back of our tubes, is not in the form of long cones, it is rounded. It is more expensive and reduces the overall length, but maximizes the useful space, while allowing a full protection, as explained above.

• Master of flotation

Our system of self-bailing hull, for all our models from 5.5 meters and up, makes a self-emptying at the stop without need switching on the of a pump, thus avoiding, in case of heavy rain, the battery discharges or the boat sinks!
